Ingredients
Pie crust (top and bottom)
Cooking oil
3 cups water
3 tbsp flour
3 tsp chicken stock

¼ cup Simple Habanero Mustard Hot Sauce
¼ cup honey
1 tsp black pepper
2 cup diced, cooked ham
1 ½ cup diced par-boiled potatoes
1 ½ cup diced celery
1 ½ cup peas
For the Sauce
For the Filling
Directions
Preheat oven to 400°F
Unroll pie crust, press into pie pan
Heat a small amount of cooking oil in a frying pan, add the filling and fry for 5 mins.
Whisk all sauce ingredients together and add to the filling mixture, cook until it starts to thicken.
Add mixture to pie shell and cover with the top of the pie crust.
Bake at 400°F 25 minutes or until golden brown.
