Our Charlottetown store is located on the waterfront,
inside the Founders Food Hall & Market. It is packed with
great cuisine, a tourist info centre, and a craft market.

WINTER HOURS:
Monday/Tuesday Closed
Wednesday - Saturday: 10am-6pm
Sunday: 12-5pm

Our Montague outlet store is the original location. This where
the sauce was made until we recently outgrew it, and moved production to a larger location. That gave us lots of room to expand the retail outlet, come check it out!

1 Beef Jerky!

Available only in-store, our beef jerky is made from PEI Beef and is available in 6 flavours.

2 Special Sizes, Limited Editions

Our direct outlets have our sauces in 275ml, and 2L Fan Size jugs! Also any limited run or test products are available exclusively at the outlets. This includes our own fudge, spicy popcorn, salsas, pepper jellies, and more!

Spatchcock Black Garlic Chicken

This recipe was inspired by some of my BBQ friends in Central Canada who have access to a particular butcher who sells a very popular item - specifically Black Garlic Chicken! After hearing them talk so highly of this chicken I started doing some research and playing! Ends up that PEI garlic and PEI hot sauce are a VERY good combination! Hope you enjoy this dish!
