Check out what he had to say about this recipe below:
If you're having trouble finding chicken wings these days or don't want to pay the prices, have your butcher cut a set of side ribs down length ways and you have these mini ribs that you can cook and flavour just like chicken wings. They're great for game day appetizers and they're cheap. Other than this I don't know a better way to eat side ribs either.

Ingredients
-
Approx 450g pork side ribs cut down length ways
-
2 tbsp garlic powder
-
1/4 cup soy sauce
-
2-4 tbsp Maritime Madness Garlic Goodness
-
1/4 cup brown sugar
-
2-4 cloves fresh garlic, grated
-
Toasted sesame seeds
-
Green onion, sliced
Directions
Preheat oven to 350.
Cut ribs between the bones into individual pieces. Coat in garlic powder and place inside a Dutch oven and place in the preheated oven for 1 hr.
Mix soy sauce, Maritime Madness Garlic Goodness, brown sugar. Whisk together.
After 1 hour in the oven, mix in your sauce mixture and coat all the ribs well. Place back in the oven for one more hour, stirring every 10-15 minutes.
Take ribs out on a plate, pour the reduced sauce mixture out into a dish for dipping or pour over top of the ribs.
Garnish with sesame seeds and green onion.
Enjoy!
