    Honey Chipotle Chicken Skewers

    Super simple to make, high in protein, and low in calories.  Try this tangy, sweet, and slightly spicy chicken recipe, it's a winner!

    Pro tip: Soaking your skewers for 30 mins. in advance helps keep them from charring; try soaking in hot sauce for finger licking flavor!


    You'll need:

    8 wooden skewers 


    2 lbs. boneless skinless chicken breast

    1/4 cup honey

    1/4 cup Fiery Chipotle hot sauce

    1 tablespoon tomato paste 

    1 garlic clove, chopped 

    1/2 teaspoon salt


    1. Slice chicken into thin strips. Feed these accordion-style onto the skewers. 
    2. In a small bowl, whisk together honey, tomato paste, Fiery Chipotle hot sauce, salt, and chopped garlic. Spoon sauce over skewers. 
    3. Cook skewers on a hot grill for 10-12 minutes or until chicken is fully cooked, basting with sauce and turning every few minutes.
    4. You can also bake in an oven preheated to 400 degrees for 16-18 minutes, or until fully cooked.
