1 lbs skirt or flank steak
1 bunch of fresh cilantro, chopped
5 cloves garlic
1 lime, juiced
1 orange, juiced
1/4 cup EVOO
1 tbsp Unreal Pepper Rub
White or red onion
Salt to taste
Lime + Cilantro Hot Sauce
Lime juice and chopped cilantro (optional)

Prepare marinade by combining all the ingredients in a bag or deep dish.
Submerge steak in marinade for 1-6 hours.
Assemble the chopped avocado salsa by combining all the ingredients and season with salt to taste.
On a screaming hot grill, put on your steak and grill to preferred doneness. I did 130 internal. Slice against the grain.
