Nice little treat

This brittle came to me this morning with the rest of my order. I opened it up and had a sample. It has a nice sweetness and flavour that goes well with the ghost pepper. It wasn't overly hot for me but still had some nice heat. The pieces I had were a warm up for the One Chunk Challenge that also came with my order. After I did my challenge (review provided), I later slunk back to this brittle, and surprisingly, it didn't feel any hotter than normal brittle, but still had some wonderful flavour. I think after the challenge, my tongue and mouth refused to participate in my foolhardy antics any further.
