The current batch of Scotch Bonnet is milder and fruitier than previous batches due to the peppers having a bit less heat than normal. 

Scotch Bonnet is one of our favourite peppers - it's spicy (but not aggressive), and has a sweet, almost fruity taste underpinning the heat. It's got enough flavour to stand all on its own, so we didn't dress it up too much. It's enhanced with fresh mango and carrot. That's it!

Great sauce, hot in the right away

I use this sauce when I want a kick without disrupting the flavour and adding some fruity notes. It is great for oysters !!

My Favourite Morning Hot Sauce

I usually don't gravitate to Scotch Bonnet sauces as much as other peppers (I usually favour habanero sauces or ghost pepper sauces - especially if the ghost peppers is blended with something on the sweeter side, maybe Carolina reaper based sauces when paired with TexMex dishes). But I like this sauce in my breakfast burritos. It pairs extremely well with eggs (in my honest opinion), and its simple and straightforward flavour profile don't contrast or conflict with other things I mix in like sausage, bacon, breakfast potatoes, sharp cheese, etc.).

It was not as hot as I thought it would be. Tasty with a little heat. I would prefer hotter.

The Scotch Bonnet pepper variety is not super spicy, if you're looking for more heat try our Giv'er or Ultimate Giv'er!

Beyond my limits but so tasty.

I'm new in the hot sauce world, this sauce is absolutely delicious but I have to use in small quantities when cooking. Love the flavor, haven't had one bad sauce from MM!
