Went to the Taco Loft in Red Deer. This was one of the seriously 50 hot sauce options. Instantly fell in love.
Been known to do mail orders for other great hot sauces (Picture Butte General Store, Reposados in Golden BC). Will continue to support them as well but this is my new favourite!!

Ok, so sweet heat is a good thing right? Damn straight it is! I have bought probably 4 bottles of the jalapeno version this year as it is a family favorite and never lasts long. So I have decided to elevate our heat game by trying the habanero version. Yes, it is hot but not fire hose hot where you will need to hit the ER. The sweetness gives it a well balanced flavour that is great on so many things. I've had it on everything from burgers to Mac & Cheese! You don't need to use a lot but you will use it often. So good!
