I used this on chicken, it only sat for about 20 mins before hitting the grill. The chicken was absolutely delicious, full of flavour and juicy, even the next day I ate a cold piece it was so good!
I love their hot sauces. This is my 3rd order in 2 years. I like a heat level around 4 or 5 out of 12 and they have some great flavors in that range. I made a mistake building my box(picking a 12 out of 12) and I emailed the company and they switched it out for me no problem. Will be ordering again when I run out!
Since finding this sauce at our local mexican restaurant (in NB) ive been addicted to it. We put a little sprinkle over our nachos and it is the best thing ever. You get a bit of sweetness, and a little tingle, just enough to remind you that its a spicy sauce.
This recipe was inspired by some of my BBQ friends in Central Canada who have access to a particular butcher who sells a very popular item - specifically Black Garlic Chicken! After hearing them talk so highly of this chicken I started doing some research and playing! Ends up that PEI garlic and PEI hot sauce are a VERY good combination! Hope you enjoy this dish!
