Amazing sauce, it adds pure heat without changing the flavour of the food. I crave extremely hot food at times but have always struggled to find the right sauce. Most sauces either add sourness or sweetness to the food along with heat, but this is pure unadulterated heat - just what I have been looking for all my life.
