Since discovering Maritime Madness through a Canadian pepper group on facebook, I’ve fallen in love with all the varieties I’ve tasted so far.
There’s such a wide range of flavours and heat levels to suit just about anyones taste.
I look forward to trying each sauce and finding a recipe to add it to to enhance meal times.
Still have a few from my last order to try; don’t want to rush through them, or I’ll have to get more!!

Oh what the hell, go big or go home is the saying. So I ordered the twelve bottle deal of Maritime Madness. Smacked it out of the park, the heat was to be expected, the star is the flavor of each sauce from Scotch bonnet to Jerk from Away to Mustard Pickle, etal.(Time to ramp up production on that)
So they easily get the five star review, from me.
