    Request for substitution

    I love you products, however on my order I spoke to Amiel as the Lemon & Dill seafood seasoning was not on the order list. She advised me to ask the shipping team to substitute one of my other items with it in the order notes. I did this, but did not receive my substitution. I again emailed in on March 27th to make note of this & ask if there was anything that could be done, but have never received a reply from your company. I am disappointed in this and although I'd like to make another order, hesitate to do so.

    Hi Louise, you may want to check your spam folder as we replied to you immediately.
    Even though you did not add the note to your order for our shipping team to make the adjustment and switch the products for you we did reply and say that we would give you a free bottle on your next order or simply ship one free of charge but you did not reply....

    I bought a few of the six packs for the guys in our family. So far they have nothing but great things to say. The Mustard Pickle seems to be the favorite.
