Sauces are International Hit!!

My son lives in Milan Italy and has always liked hot & spicy flavours.
I had sent him a 6 pack of sauces last year, which he shared with his Italian and Canadian friends. The sauces were a big hit and his friends have asked him to bring more, so I purchased another 6 pack for himto take back to Milan after Christmas. They can't get enough of the unique flavours.

Highly Recommend

It probably sounds like an odd blend to most and you might be here for morbid curiosity and considering passing over it, but I'd reconsider. I probably would have skipped this one if I wouldn't have had a sour beer that was flavoured with melted down sour cherry candies, and it's execution surprised me (I was sad when I couldn't get it anymore) and I was optimistic that Maritime Madness could do something just as great with hot sauce. They did not disappoint - It's very well done, and you'll likely go through it more quickly than you'd expect (it's not incredibly spicy, and tastes good). If you're worried about pairings, I would consider using this anywhere you might consider plum sauce (even though this will have more zip than plum sauce). So using it to dip chicken fingers/tenders, or even certain asian inspired dishes where you might use plum sauce - you will probably find it an improvement over plum sauce. Its consistency also makes it a perfect substitute for plum sauce.
