- 3 packs of Pillsbury Flaky Rolls
- 2 tablespoons butter melted
- 1 cup chicken cooked and shredded
- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- ½ cup Monterey jack cheese shredded
- ½ cup cheddar cheese shredded
-
½ cup Wicked Buffalo sauce
- ¼ cup blue cheese dressing
Directions
- Pre-heat oven to 350°F
Pop open the Pillsbury Rolls and reserve 4 dough balls for the face and stem.
- In a bowl, combine chicken, cream cheese, monterey jack, cheddar, buffalo sauce, and blue cheese dressing and mix.
- Place the rolls around the outside of a greased oven-safe pan or cast iron skillet, press the extra one into a stem shape and place on top of the ‘pumpkin’ I let mine overlap the cast iron dish.
- Brush with melted butter.
- Fill the middle of the dish with the dip filling.
- With the reserved dough balls, roll one out and cut out a jack o’lantern face, bake on a separate baking sheet.
- Put the skillet in the oven and bake for approx 30-35 minutes.
- Once the dough is golden, remove it from the oven, let cool slightly and dig in!
