Ingredients

2lbs wings, split or whole

Baking powder
-
All purpose rub (you can also use salt, pepper & garlic powder)

275mL (about a little over a cup) Down East Stinger Hot Sauce

4 tbsp butter
-
1/2 shallot, diced
-
2 garlic cloves, minced
-
1 lime, juiced

fresh cilantro

1/2 cup diced mangos

- Set your oven to 250 degrees. Pat your wings completely dry and toss with baking powder and seasoning. Spray a wire rack with nonstick spray and place on top of a baking sheet. Bake for 20 mins. Once the timer is up, turn the heat up to 450 and bake for another 50 mins.
- While the wings are almost done, in a medium saucepan melt down your butter over high heat. Add your garlic and shallot and sauté until fragrant. Add the rest of your sauce ingredients. Bring to a simmer and remove from heat. Toss with your wings and add your cilantro and mango’s. Enjoy!
