BBQ Wings are a staple at any cookout or even on a random Saturday while you're doing yard work and your wife and her friends are looking for a little snack on the patio.
These flavour packing wings with that sweet heat are super easy to make and are sure to please the masses.
If you want to dial up the sweetness you can add a little brown sugar.
If you want to kick up the heat then go a little heavier on the hot sauce.
Ingredients

1-2 lbs chicken wings

1 full mango
-
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

1/4 cup brown sugar

Mango Chipotle Rub

Simple Fiery Chipotle Hot Sauce
Directions
Season your wings with the Mango Chipotle Rub in a bowl and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
Put the wings on a hot grill or in a rotisserie basket to cook at approximately 350°F for approx. 1 hr or until internal temperature reads 180°F.
Slice one full mango and coat fruit with brown sugar.
Set wings aside and grill mangos until caramelized.
Make sauce by blending together mango fruit, apple cider vinegar, remaining brown sugar and Simple Fiery Chipotle Hot Sauce. (Any other hot sauce will work.)
Coat wings with the sauce and grill until tacky and crispy.
Put remaining sauce in a dish and you're ready to serve and enjoy.
