Three Meals, One Sauce

    If you’re anything like us, b’ys, you’re constantly looking for ways to incorporate your favourite hot sauces on the daily. What better way to get your daily spice intake than using that fiery goodness in all three meals of the day?

         1. Breakfast - Avocado Toast

    Listen, whatever reputation this bad boy may have, there’s no denying the deliciousness of nice, creamy, avocado spread on golden, buttery toast and topped with fresh tomatoes. But where’s the harm in adding a little kick just for us chileheads? Why not top it all off with some chili flakes and today’s feature sauce: Bacon Blaze Hot Sauce. The smoke from the bacon flavour in this particular sauce is just *chef’s kiss* and takes this fairly common breakfast to a new level.

          2. Lunch - Harissa-Spiced Chicken Tenders

    Our wildcard dish - this fresh and light meal features spicy, oven-roasted harissa chicken tenders, which adds a savoury crunch to a fresh tabbouleh salad with tomatoes, spinach, and couscous. And then drizzle the star of the show, Bacon Blaze, over top. The freshness of the dish helps the savoury, smoky flavour of Bacon Blaze shine. And then snap some photos because look at how pretty that is!

         3. Supper - Butter Chicken Meatballs

    This chilehead would argue this particular dish works well with at least two of our hot sauces. For today, we incorporated the Bacon Blaze right into the Butter Chicken sauce to add that signature smoky flavour to an already rich sauce. We served it with basmati rice and chicken meatballs.
