Our Hot Honey is made with premium local honey infused with habaneros–it starts sweet before the heat of the habaneros kicks in, before finishing sweet.
It's a tantalizingly way to add zip to pizza, wings, ice cream, fresh biscuits, tea (specifically ginger!), you name it! Use it as a dipping sauce for chicken nuggets, drizzle it over fried chicken, use it as a glaze for ham and fish. It's a match made in heaven!
