Feeding my Spice Addiction

I have made several orders since first discovering Maritime Madness Hot Sauces. I used to see their ads all the time so ended up giving them a try. So glad I did, top quality product - how do they get so much flavour in a little bottle? Anyways I have graduated to the Party sized 2 L bottles as I go through so much. I love the Candied Habanero and the Moonshine Habanero Sauce (now have a 2 L of that too). I would recommend Maritime Madness Sauces to everyone no matter what spice level you enjoy.

Excellent Sauce

I consider myself a hot sauce connoisseur, at any given time I have at least 10 bottles in my fridge, and I think I may have found my new favorite. This hot sauce has the perfect balance of sweet and heat. You can really taste the habanero with any overwhelming vinegar taste that some many cheaper sauces rely on, and the xantham gum leaves a nice lingering heat on your pallet. Also very happy it's Canadian, 5 Stars for sure.

Candied Habanero & Mexican Mole are amazing!

For years, I looked for the perfect combination of sauces to season ground beef when making nachos, and in discovering Maritime Madness sauces, I found that perfect combo.
The Mexican Mole adds an earthy depth, and the Candied Habanero brings the heat but adds the sweet. I've been a huge fan of these sauces for a couple of years now and make sure to keep ample stock on hand for Saturday nachos. I ran out once, and my wife and I agreed we couldn't let it happen again :) A huge 'thank you!' to Maritime Madness for making great sauces for people on the island and for everyone - the world over - to enjoy!
