I’m a Jerk from (far) away.

Picked up a six-pack and love every choice I made. The Jerk From Away is a great hot sauce. It has delicious Jamaican Jerk style flavours and as much of a heat spike as you want, determined by the amount you want to douse your ribs or chicken with. From a spicy tongue tingle to an outright face-slap, it’s up to you. Love these hot sauces! Maritime Madness does it right.

Deep Flavour with a Kick!

After speaking with a friend, I decided I wanted to seek out more information about Maritime Madness. I'm a 'savour and spice' lover and was delighted with the array of products available with Maritime Madness. I opted for a 6 pack of build my own box and included the Jerk From Away hot sauce. I was really anticipating the arrival, and couldn't wait to try it. I decided to try it on a slab of pork ribs, and definitely was not disappointed. It has a rich, deep flavour with a good kick of heat. Definitely got my taste buds singing! I will be purchasing it again.
