The East coast wing hot sauce perfectly compliments wings.

Its a perfect amount of sweet with the perfect amount of spice!

Without doubt this is my all time favourite hot wing sauce. When I was younger it was all about the heat. The hotter the better the bragging rights. With age I have a more sophisticated palate and this sauce is right on for my tastes. Heat but with an touch of sweet.

While this is a sauce with decent flavor, I was a bit disappointed in the lack of heat. That's partially my fault for not realizing it was listed under "Not Too Hot" category when making my 4 bottle box. It left basically no residual burn on my tongue after a tbsp taste with no food. That said, it does have good flavor and has a place on wings for people who are not spice heads, or in a Caesar drink. I saw a mention of shrimp cocktail in another review, which I could see this working well with too. It's not a bad sauce by any means, just not what I was expecting when a bottle says "Hot Sauce".
