Hot sauce didnt taste the same but best customer service

When we recieved the 2L bottle we were super disappointed that it didn't taste the same as the previous smaller bottles we ordered. But customer service was so fantastic and we love the hot sauces so much that it made up for it. They explained that sometimes the sauces can taste different due to weather changes and other variables out of their control. We will still be ordering these sauces!

I've been a fan of the mustard pickle hot sauce for a year now. I have recently introduced myself to the Simple line...love, love, love. The Black Bean + Ginger Habanero is magic. More to come for sure.
