MAKING GOURMET HOT SAUCES IN-HOUSE FROM SCRATCH SINCE 2002

Who are we?

Our Mission Statement

We're food lovers first.  And like many foodies, we're always looking for perfect pairings - of course one sauce does not fit all.   That's why we take pride in producing a large variety of the finest sauces you can find, and continue to innovate year after year, @ 31 sauces and counting.

 - WE HAVE A SAUCE FOR THAT -

We strive to have something great for you no matter what heat level, flavor profile, or lifestyle diet/protocol you follow, at a great value and always with health, flavor, and local sourcing in mind.  We love to hear your suggestions, and often act on them, resulting in some amazing flavor profiles!  Give us a try, we've got a sauce you'll love.

Made with love in small batches!

What is the process for making your gourmet sauces?

fresh hot peppers

1

Growing crops

We strive to keep a consistent percentage of our produce locally sourced.  As our business grows, we are building relationships with other small farms to help us meet our needs for peppers, onions, carrots, cilantro, etc...

habanero peppers

2

Hand picked harvest

Next we process our peppers into a natural fresh mash to further ferment in 55 gallon drums.  We love the colors and smells of fresh ground peppers, you can't beat it.

Small batch processing

This is a batch of red habaneros being reduced in vinegar for habanero infused products.  Our batches are produced in our own kitchen from start to finish.

The Pepper Farms and Growers

We grow jalapenos, cayennes, and habaneros locally here in PEI in our famous red soil.  As we grow, so does our support of local small farms.
We are now working with 3 other local farms to augment the percentage of local produce in our sauces.
In 2019 we have over 15,000 pepper plants going in the ground, our biggest planting to date!
