This sauce has become my main hot sauce, possibly my favorite. There isn't a dish this doesn't work on; I love MM's house sauce but I find this does a much better job at replacing all the Cayenne pepper sauces in my drawer.

Been trying Maritime Madness Sauces for Years - The Red Clay XXX Hot Sauce is by far my favourite. Just bought a 2L Jug!

Somehow, this sauce hits all the right notes. It has a good amount of heat, great up front flavour and an earthy undertone that takes me back to my childhood when I would visit family in PEI during the summer months... I can picture the red soil as I eat it (in a good way). Truly a remarkable hot sauce that islanders, maritimers and chilli pepper lovers can all come together and celebrate!
